Financial Independence Theory: A Beginner's Guide To Financial Liberation
Financial Independence Theory is a bold new take on the "Financial Independence, Retire Early" (FIRE) movement. In the book, Andy gathers all his experiences from his personal life, as well as real world historical examples, to explain the world of finance in a jargon-free way. Financial Independence Theory seeks to establish a formal methodology by which FIRE can be achieved. This book will guide you through a variety of topics such as how to save more money and live frugally, how to avoid overspending, and how to invest for your own future in a long-term minded way that achieves a good balance between risk and reward.
"Great insight to the world of financial freedom and financing for a beginner, filled with real world examples and personal stories. Definitely would recommend." - Nelson Liu

Submission For UW Stock Pitch Competition 2019

The UW Stock Pitch Competition is an annual event held by the UW Finance Association. Participants must prepare a slidedeck pitching a long investment on one particular stock. For the 2019 competition year, the stock that I chose was Tesla Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA) which I felt had tremendous upside at that particular moment at a price of roughly $230/share at the time I created the slidedeck.

Unfortunately, my presentation was rejected by the UW Finance Association and I did not have the opportunity to compete in 2019. However, despite this fact, to prevent my work on this presentation from going to waste, I will post the presentation down below as a PDF that you can download.
"I regret to inform you we were unable to offer you a place to compete [in the 2019 UW Stock Pitch Competition]" - President of UW Finance Association, in an email dated Sept 20, 2019
